Biografia	Eric Rothman serves as Portfolio Manager for CenterSquare Investment Management’s real estate securities group. He joined the firm in 2006, and is responsible for market research, sector allocations, research, and financial modeling across the U.S. real estate securities universe. He also manages a REIT preferred stock separate account mandate. He has over two decades of REIT and real estate investment experience. Prior to joining CenterSquare, he spent more than six years as a sell-side REIT analyst at Wachovia Securities and three years as an analyst at AEW Capital Management, LP. Eric graduated cum laude from Boston University with a B.A. in Economics, International Relations and French. He is a CFA charterholder and member of the CFA Institute.

Biografia	Dean Frankel is Managing Director and Head of Real Estate Securities at CenterSquare Investment Management. He is responsible for management of the firm’s proprietary research process. In addition, Dean analyzes and interprets implications of major events and economic trends while managing the daily operations of the real estate securities portfolios. Prior to joining CenterSquare in 1997, he ran a retail distribution business. Dean received a B.S. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business. He is a CFA charter holder and member of the CFA Institute.

Biografia	Mr. Zabierek is the fund's primary portfolio manager. He has served as the primary portfolio manager of the fund(or its predecessor) since December 2006. Biografia	Mr. Briddell, Primary Portfolio Manager, is the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of CSIM Investment Management LLC,whose predecessor firm he joined in 1993. Mr. Briddell has oversight responsibility for all of CenterSquare’s real estate investment advisory services including private real estate and public real estate securities across the United States, Europe and Asia. He also chairs the firm’s Management Committee and is a member of the BNY Mellon Investment Management Executive Committee and CenterSquare’s Private Real Estate Investment Committee. Mr. Briddell is the founder of CenterSquare’s listed real estate securities group, and since joining the firm in 1993 he has held positions in private real estate acquisitions, U.S. and Global REIT research and portfolio management. Mr. Briddell holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate. He is a member of NAREIT, the CFA Institute/Society of Philadelphia and PREA, where he was Co-Chair of the Green Building Committee.

Prior to joining Seneca, Mr. Goetzke was a Securities Analyst at American Express Financial Advisors from May 1998 to May 2002. Mr. Goetzke studied at the London School of Economics, and earned an MBA from Indiana University. Mr. Goetzke is also a CPA.

Biografia	Shapiro currently serves as managing director for Genesis Realty Capital Management. Previously, he held the position of director for the ADCO Group and at Riverbank America. Most recently, Shapiro served as senior advisor to Riverbank America in the restructuring and disposition of its West Coast real-estate portfolio. Shapiro developed the Museum Parc mixed-use project in San Francisco, a 233-unit high-rise condominium project. He also developed and owns the Plaza Athletic Clubs in San Francisco.

Biografia	Berman currently serves as managing director of Genesis Realty Capital Management, a company he co-founded in 1994. From 1989 to 1994, he served as a director in the real estate investment banking group at Merrill Lynch, where he was involved in a wide range of public and private real-estate-related financing and advisory assignments, including over $2 billion in equity and debt offerings for public real-estate companies.
